GoogleWe reserved a Harrogate in August 2020 and Louise, Katie and Lisa were all really helpful.
I had some reservations as was looking for an established house, but I'm so glad we bought here as the house is stunning with excellent space in all rooms, and the plot is perfect for us. We even had a compliment from the professional snagger (Housescan) who said it was the 2nd best property he'd reviewed in the previous year.
Post sales Redrow have generaly been good but on occassion we have had to chase for updates.
To top it off, the community Great Oldbury is excellent!

GoogleWe didn't go. They sold the house we were interested in an hour before we got there and let us travel all the way from Berkshire before we found out. It was appalling.
