Redrow are attentive to snagging Peter is excellent on the support team and Michelle is always ready to help. Positive experience overall and quality houses. Sales office can be slightly yes to everything but not always delivering, however they do try to help where possible. Happy customers.

We were looking to purchase a Henley at Monchelsea Park, Langley, however our search came back with “Moderate Potential for Collapsibility” and that the property was built on a “Swallow Hole”, unfortunately Redrow, who openly admitted to knowing about the issues before selling it to us, are refusing to return the money paid for upgraded appliances, which has left us hugely out of pocket. I would strongly recommend getting your own searches carried out before instructing solicitors to save you a whole world of pain! God knows what the rest of the development is like…

GoogleLets get one thing Crystal clear, Monchelsea park as its called is NOT in Boughtion Monchelsea, that district is 3 miles away, this is in Parkwood! new builds such as these now only offer a 2 year warranty on repairs, I am in and out of new builds constantly working as an independent Plumber, these builds may look shiny and new, but after a few years the cracks begin to surface and not built to last, another unnecessary housing development for already an increasing and congested area of Maidstone.

We was told Broadband would be accessible from the moment we walked into the door but a month down the line and nothing... Every time I speak to Redrow they pass the blame to BT and vice versa. No communication with its tenants at all.

I confirmed the appointment before visiting and after reaching there I was told that the property is in some other location. I am sure there was no confusion as the same property was showing available to view online and was taking bookings for appointment. Very disappointed.

At Monchelsea Park, we have a number of different housetypes on the development, and do not have the ability to make each housetype a show home. We have three show homes which are due to launch for public viewing on the 10th April which consist of a Canterbury 4 bed, Stratford LifeStyle 3 bed and a Shrewsbury 4 bed. We do not have any show homes of a Letchworth on the development, but do have these to view as show homes on other sites near by which I understand was the housetype you are interested in viewing. I would be happy to arrange a viewing on a Letchworth show home for you if you would like? Please let the sales office know and I can arrange this for you. Thanks, Stuart
