Went here on Sunday. I was hoping to be impressed, one of the leading companies sadly I was not impressed. Gardens very small and very overlooked plasterboard walls. I was meant to be looking a house in the in the countryside not a glorified council estate. I bet the drain water in the middle of the complex absolutely stinks in the summer. Staff who showed us round very lovely. A new build is definitely not for a person who wants to live in the countryside.

Unfortunately when I visited yesterday, the show houses were not open due to the installation of new services. Peering through windows gave some impression of Redrow home designs. Was not intending to buy in this area but hoped to get an idea of another one of their future developments a few miles away. Quite impressed with what I saw although gardens are a bit small and garages/driveways have not been installed.

A very helpful session where Damian explained everything about the process, including help to sell. Will definitely take a look at the show home for the house type we're interested in at another site and hope to have our home ready to sell soon into the new year.

Good size houses but felt cramped and like a Legoland project
