GoogleMarilyn was really helpful on the two occasions we visited the site. We love the development and the house types available for our budget. We were particularly interested in an Oxford or a Marlow.
However, although I appreciate that perhaps it’s not necessary because of the popularity of the site, it’s a shame Redrow are not offering initiatives such as Part Exchange or Own New Rate Reducer on this development. If Part Ex was available then we would have definitely looked to reserve a property this past weekend.

GoogleTireless assistance given during our site visit yesterday. Marilyn went over and above what was expected and devoted her time to answering all our questions about our new home on the development. Nothing was too much trouble. She is highly knowledgeable and answered our queries effortlessly. Would also like to mention her colleague Sarah Jane, who has also been of great assistance throughout the process this far. Both are always ready to answer queries and, where necessary forward them on to the site manager on our behalf. Both are a credit to Redrow and have certainly helped ease the pressure of house buying.

GoogleThe estate itself is absolutely beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, we visited the showroom on two separate occasions and were very disappointed with the service. The lady assisting us (unfortunately I don’t recall her name, but she had short brown hair) was extremely unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in actually selling the property. It felt very unprofessional both times we visited. Next time, we will definitely request to speak with someone else.
