We’ve just moved into our Redrow home and are really happy But what truly made this journey special was the incredible support we received from Josh Lewis, our Sales Consultant. From day one, Josh went above and beyond. He didn’t just do his job, he genuinely cared. He kept us updated at every stage of the build, sending us video updates. His communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring. we sent multiple emails and always had a detailed response answering all questions. Josh made our experience smooth, exciting, and enjoyable. He is an absolute credit to Redrow, professional, personable, proactive, and passionate about what he does. Redrow, please recognise Josh. He truly made this experience unforgettable for us, and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Josh Lewis at Redrow Hackwood Grange. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly supportive and accommodating throughout our home-buying journey. Josh took the time to understand our preferences, including those that were important to us culturally. He guided us thoughtfully through the options and helped us choose a home that aligned with our needs and expectations. Throughout the process, I visited the site almost every weekend and sent numerous emails and calls with all sorts of queries. Josh was always patient, responsive, and extremely accommodating. Buying our first home is a huge milestone, and we’re truly grateful to have had Josh’s guidance and support so far. Our experience of buying our Redrow Home at Hackwood Grange has been excellent. Josh did a great job - always friendly, polite and.professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Kayleigh was exceptional. We had a very problematic and frustrating transaction with our buyer and Kayleigh was an absolute star in chasing things up, and was very diligent and determined to ensure that our sale went through in order for us to be able to buy our new house. We can't thank her enough. We love our new home. Thanks to all who worked so hard to make it happen.

There are 3 excellent show homes which illustrate the range of properties for sale. The staff were very helpful in explaining the methods to buy available. It was also helpful to have a financial advisor present. We had a brief exploratory meeting with him and within 15 minutes he had obtained mortgage quotes. The terms of the contracts were explained clearly. One advisor took the trouble to go to the show home while we were inspecting and explain how the plot available differed from the show home. We were then taken on a walk round the estate so we could see the location of the plot we were interested in. We took an hour or so to reflect and changed our mind on the plot to purchase and the scheme we wanted to use. But nothing was too much trouble for the advisor and we are pleased to say we have reserved a plot which definitely meets all our requirements.

Unfortunately, we will not be recommending Redrow to anyone from now on. The customer service has been very poor and we have completely had our time wasted regarding our water logged garden. We have also had issues with our shared driveway. Shortly after we moved in we were told the driveway was being relayed. We weren't told why nor did they ask for our permission to do so. After the driveway was relayed it looked it looked terrible and is having to be relayed once again. Great looking houses, but terrible aftercare. We are now making a claim via the NHBC about our garden.

This is a well thought out housing development, the unique design of the individual house types compliment each other and contribute to a happy familiarity. The staff in the sales office were friendly and knowledgeable. The show houses were faultless. Can't wait until we get ours. UPDATE: sadly the sales staff failed to inform me and my partner we would be 11th in line for the plots we discussed with them and confirmed we wanted, we are both very disappointed. Shows they are sought after homes but we will now go and spend +450k with another developer with a reasonable timeline.

We actually live on the estate and when we bought this house one year ago we were sold the house with with the sales patter that the social housing on this estate, tenants would be vetted. Well let’s just say this clearly is not the case. Despite numerous Incidents on the estate involving some of these tenants, both Redrow, Sage and the council are not interested in sorting the problems out. Despite numerous emails from lots of tenants regarding the problems on this estate. Then we have the lack of quality from the builders who build the homes on this site. Redrow design nice homes but it seems they cannot build them to a consistently good standard. Corners cut and bad workmanship is rife on this estate as many residents have problems with their homes. We are currently waiting for our shared driveway to be taken up and relaid for the third time one year later. But that is the tip of the ice berg. There have been many, many problems on this site. If I were looking to move to Mickleover I would not consider this development as Redrow customer service is the worst I have ever come across. I would choose Bloors if I knew what I know now. The roads are topped off, the site is clean, no social housing and better customer service. On a professional basis I deal with all home builders in the Derby and surrounding areas and I can say that Redrow need to up their game considerably.

Staff not really that interested we popped in on the off chance that we could look round, no one took any details from us. Lack of information leads to dismay We were excited to be on an Early Bird list for a plot at Hackwood Grange, Derby. It all went wrong when, two days before release of house for reservation, we were emailed that we had to be in a position to proceed and the Help-to-Sell incentive wasn't available on an Early Bird. We emailed back to enquire about this. When we managed to finally speak to Toni via phone, we were dismayed to hear Vicki had offered the house to a cash buyer next on the list. This was a simple mistake on the part of the sales team in not disseminating crucial information until the last minute. It has affected our opinion of Redrow and the services offered which, in our experience, run contrary to their company customer charter. Please review your company policy on Early Bird. All people signing up must be provided with full terms and conditions of what is entailed. Had we had this information when we signed up, we could have been in a position to proceed and on our way to being a proud new home owner. Instead, you have now lost a customer.
