GoogleVery mixed experience at the Nook. Jackie was fantastic through our reservation and choices - couldn’t rate her more highly. We had to cancel our reservation which is when the problems started. Redrow didn’t abide by the terms of the contract regarding partial refunds and wouldn’t return calls I made to the regional office. I initiated legal action against Redrow homes and we had our money back a week later. Received no communication from anyone in the management team following an awful experience with the company. Very poor in my view and I would advice caution to other prospective buyers.

GoogleInitially everything started off well. Customer care have been unable to help with some underlying issues concerning the property and after endless emails it has been exhausting. A lovely development, but I have had a few falls already off my driveway which they won’t resolve.
