We have recently purchased a new redrow home and all I can say Thank you Geoff and Dawn, from the moment we started the process we had constant communication and updates and everything ran smoothly and even when you get your keys you see them around the site and again always so lovely and friendly , we haven't had any major issues and I would definitely buy a redrow house again if I was to move. Your are dealing with an highly experience and reliable company which shows from all aspects . .

I was passing on my way to see some friends who are determined to get me to relocate to the south west. Speculatively and without an appointment, I called in at Saxon Brook, to ask some vet preliminary questions - before any commitment can be made I have to sell my house first. I spoke to a lady called Dawn, who demonstrated to me that customer service was alive and well. She acknowledged it was too early to commit, she listened to my situation and train of thought, she was informative, thorough and very pleasant to deal with - it was a reassuring purchasing experience. So much so, that when the time comes to make that commute meant to purchase a house in the south west, I will make Dawn my first call, as I am sure she will make the process of buying a Redrow home, as comfortable as my initial experience. I’m only writing this as Redrow sent me a link and asked what I thought about my recent visit to their Exeter development. Extremely disappointed is the answer. I made an appointment and showed up in good time. The place looked deserted, no cars in the car park, no lights on in the sales office and the door locked. We waited a reasonable time and then left. I sent an email to express my disappointment, and was offered a late appointment at the end of the day. As this was the second time we had unsuccessfully tried to view a property, we did not feel inclined to make the effort to go all the way back again. Maybe I’ll feel differently later, but right now I’m feeling very cheesed off with Redrow.

Redrow didn't give much thought to where people where going to be Parking. Hawkins Road isn't a road but rather a car park. Why don't they reduce the width of the pavement to one side where the care home is on and then creat parking spaces on one side with double yellow lines on the otherside. This way possibly cars can drive in both directions safely. Also one with another entrance & exit nearly there, to the estate is really not ideal, are there plans for improvement.

Another opportunity missed to showcase great design and build. Lacking in renewable resources technology and forward thinking design. Rediculously boring lacking in forward thinking, over cramped layout and lacking in a multitude of build media. So ordinarily beige and boring as we have come to expect from British building construction industry. #epicfail!
