GoogleDisgusting customer service from redrow, very upset how Kirsty spoke to me and dismissed the advice of the landscapers she should be sacked as she shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers. I will be getting my solicitor involved 110 percent!

Kirsty is a horrible woman! I just wish I had recorded her visit as it would have gone viral. Considering she is in customer services the level of service received and the way she has handled my complaint is extremely poor! She is a liar and when someone contacts me from head office I will prove it! I'll guarantee she won't be working for redrow when I present you the evidence I have

GoogleI had an appointment this weekend and received a nice video from the sales advisor to help me out a face to the name however when I arrived for my appointment that advisor wasn’t there. Another man asked me for my name and pointed me to the show home but wasn’t very friendly and I felt like I was taking up his time even though I had an appointment. The was nothing for me to look at regarding the house I was interested in and had told them prior to the appointment and I was told to go and view another development instead. Really unhelpful and we were very polite and friendly and looking for answers, guidance and support as first time buyers. Really put me off rising Redrow.
