Great pre and post sales service from Yasmin and Sara, and Site Manager Joe is just fantastic in resolving any snagging issues that come up. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond. With any new build it's not without issues but Joe, Yasmin and the team are keen to help and prompt to do so.

I’ve been here a couple of times just passing through out of interest of seeing the new builds in person, once in September 2025 and the other in March 2026 and I have to say it’s an amazing looking development. I live nearby on Gresley Way and can even see the construction from my home, it is actually been quite exciting to watch the development go up over the last couple of years, I also noticed that the other site I believe Phase 2 is now starting construction too further down South on Gresley Way. Keep up the good work Redrow, I look forward to seeing the final finishing touches in a couple to a few years.

I had a very positive experience with Redrow. Hannah and James have been amazing throughout the whole process. They are always friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They explain everything clearly and make the whole experience feel much easier and less stressful. It’s clear that they really care about their customers and want to help. Very poor sales experience, that ultimately put us off buying from Barratts Redrow - pushy, unhelpful, awkward - my partner said job title should be changed to anti-sales manager. At the same time, they put prices up by 40-50k on the same properties sold 6 months prior (Nov 2025 - March 2026). Ultimately trying to push up Barratt's share price, and we had no interest in seeing an instant 50-100k hit on a property. So we looked elsewhere, and we're very glad we did. Take a look at Francis Jackson Homes. These are a genuinely premium house builder with unique properties, high quality finishes, and great service.

We have visited Redrow at Houlton twice now and have to commend Kayleigh for her outstanding manner on both occasions. She was extremely charming, very helpful and took the time to understand our needs. I have to say she also recommended the most fantastic coffee house which has the absolute best cake I think we have ever had #The Tuning Fork.

We recently reserved our home at Maes Yr Haf with Redrow and would like to sincerely thank Emma and Emily for their outstanding service. From choosing our property to clarifying all the purchase details, they were consistently patient, friendly and professional. Their welcoming attitude and genuine smiles made the entire environment feel comfortable and relaxed, which is especially important when making such a big decision. In particular, we would like to thank Emma for the appointment we had today, where she carefully walked us through the full purchasing process. She explained each stage clearly, including timelines and next steps, and made sure we understood everything thoroughly. Her explanation was structured, detailed and easy to follow, which gave us great confidence moving forward. Her professionalism, knowledge and passion for her role were very evident. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Emma and Emily have made the experience smooth and reassuring. We truly appreciate their dedication and support, and we would highly recommend the team at Maes Yr Haf, Cardiff.

Houses were nice in a good location. Staff however, were very rude and quite unpleasant. Despite us looking for potentially 2 houses for ourselves and mother in law, made to feel inferior and as though we would be unable to afford properties there despite having a substantial budget. Would rather spend our money elsewhere.

The sales team here were great from beginning to end. Jesse was a great help with his honest advice as buying a new build off plan was a first for us! After sales support has also been great so far and we’re really happy with our Oxford! The estate is still developing and it’s great seeing it grow with some great neighbours!

Disgusting company, trespassed on my land next door and have installed a combined sewer overflow polluting the river last year without any planning permission or permission from me the landowner. It makes all house warranties void as there is no valid sewer, DON'T BUY THEM
