GoogleI was looking to purchase a ‘new build‘ house. I loved the look of Redrow houses and decided I wanted to buy a house at the Parc Elizabeth site in Newport as it was a small development of only 75 houses within walking distance to the railway station and town centre. Redrow opened a sales office at Parc Elizabeth where I met Jo the site manager and Emma the sales lady. During the time my house was being built I was regularly updated of the progress of the build by either Jo or Emma. Before moving in I was taken around my house by Ryan (from the customer service team) who showed me around my home and advised of the warranties that are in place. Moving day came and I collected my keys from Emma who handed over all the documentation that I needed. Inside the house was a card and a lovely box hamper from the Redrow team. After being in my home a couple of weeks Ryan, Jo and Andy came around to see if there were any problems. I had a few little ‘snags’ ie kitchen cupboard door scratched and I wasn’t happy with the painted wall in one of the bedrooms. These ‘snags’ were rectified straight away and I have a further two years warranty if I’m not happy with anything else. I love my new home and how well it’s built, even though I’ve only been here 8 weeks it is so lovely I feel I’ve been here for years. Parc Elisabeth is a lovely development with friendly polite workers and I would certainly recommend Redrow and Parc Elizabeth to anyone who is looking for a new forever home.
