Show homes are another class compared to other builders. Love the Leamington Lifestyle with huge en-suite to master and a proper walk-in wardrobe. Build quality looks to be a high standard as expected with Redrow but it’s the attention to detail that really stands out, real curb appeal. My wife and I had a great experience in the sales office with the friendly and knowledgeable staff who never made us feel like we were just another number on their sales targets….. unlike some other builders we won’t mention! Special mention to Melissa for her professionalism, who put up with all my questions and pickiness and made the whole process a lot less stressful for us.

We never bought on here, but visited a few times. Rob, Adam and Tony were all fantastic to deal with. We only considered Redrow but opted for a different site, but the houses are great and the guys working in the sales office are spot on.

Absolutely fantastic service from Redrow. Quality houses and very professional work from sales to build. Cannot fault my experience and Redrow should be very proud to have the fantastic Mel and Mel working for them. They have been wonderful and I highly recommend.

New estate, great location next yo motorway and midway between Warrington and Halton. Houses are a little bit bigger than the average new built these days. Hope they do not build 2 many houses and make it cluttered .

Inconsiderate housing development company. A major diversion is going to be enforced while they do access route to their site. The diversion is 7 miles long and will create mayhem for the local residents. Remember if you buy there is an immigration centre also on your doorstep namely The Daresbury Hotel.

Agent replied · 20 June 2024

Hi Angela, thank you for your 1 star review Angela, albeit we are sorry to read of your sentiment towards the necessary diversion. At Redrow, we stive to create better places to live, working with the local authority, we always aim to minimise the inevitable disruption our construction will have on the community. The diversion is necessary for the Health & Safety of all in the area and we apologise for the temporary impact this will have on you. We hope, in time, that Daresbury Garden Village is appreciated by the lovely local community. Many thanks, Jenny
