We honestly cannot thank Olivia at Redrow Sycamore Green enough for everything she has done for us. Olivia looked after us on the day we reserved our new home. As Part Exchange was new to us, she guided us through the whole process, patiently answered all of our questions and made everything feel so much less daunting. When our Part Exchange valuation came back, we genuinely weren't sure whether we would be able to make the purchase work. Olivia really went above and beyond, working incredibly hard with us to find a solution and ultimately secure a package that made our dream home possible. We felt that Olivia genuinely cared about helping us rather than simply making a sale. She has been friendly, patient, and reassuring. We are so excited for our new home and incredibly grateful to Olivia for helping us get there. She is an absolute credit to Redrow and we couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Damaged car when delivering to to no ramp signs and sudden drops. Went to speak to the lady in the office to find out about information to get repairs done as didnt find it comfortable to carry on delivering due to being self employed and no car as it got damaged. Said I will leave parcels with her as couldn't get to houses as its dangerous and she said get out and f##k off in front of my child with me. Appalling service.

I regrettably bought a Redrow house on this estate and have had major dangerous and problems with my house that could have ended up lethal due to Redrow not following health and safety or doing checks to the house. Plus had to get a qualified character surveyor to look over the house which report states the house standard of finish falls well below normal acceptable standards. Redrow customer care is shocking, rude abrupt and very unhelpful every time no wonder there are so many bad reviews on the internet about customer care. Regret buying this house and look forward to being able to move to a non Redrow Home
