GoogleTotal rip off as only redrow do. How many hidden extras? Lease hold, who does this anymore? You must pay over £180 pa on maintenance around the estate? Sorry we don't own these areas, just to edge of the driveway so why should we pay to keep it? They don't tell you this unless you ask so be very careful. You can get better houses for a whole lot cheaper if you just shop about.

GoogleA horrible estate, ironically calling itself a 'Garden Village'. It has crammed as many houses as possible in to the first phase, houses on top of each other, tiny/non-existent gardens and boring straight roads. Don't be fooled by the big green space at the front of the development - the plan is to cram that full of houses as well.

GoogleWe were welcomed by Helen who made sure we were all suitably protected. The properties we viewed were up to the usual very high Redrow standard and Helen took time to explain pricing, location and all relevant information. Altogether a thoroughly professional and informative visit.

GoogleNo reason other than pure greed from Redrow as to why these houses are being sold as leasehold. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs as they will sell the lease and you will be thousands of pounds out of pocket!
