GoogleWe have lived on this development for 4 months and absolutely love living in our shared ownership house. The fixtures and fittings are top quality. The development is peaceful and our neighbours are lovely.

GoogleUsual new build estate, people moved in while other areas are still being built, huge drops from kerbs as the road hasn't been finished, raised ironworks and miserable occupants.

GoogleThe houses are of very cheap construction. Very small gardens and awkward traffic in mornings. Over 2200 new houses being built at inflated prices with doubling 10 lease issues.

GoogleThese houses should not be leasehold !! #leaseholdscandal. Buy freehold or walk away. Government r addressing this. Don't fall into the leasehold trap.
