GoogleSerious Safety Fail & No Accountability.
I moved into my Redrow home, trusting it met all safety standards. In July, an independent electrician discovered there was no earth cable in the meter box, meaning my home had not been properly earthed since day one, a potentially lethal fault.
The original Electrical Installation Certificate was therefore false, as it claimed the property was compliant at handover. Redrow’s own electrician confirmed the defect and fixed it, but the danger we’d unknowingly lived with for over 2 years is unacceptable.
Despite the severity, Redrow refused any compensation or meaningful accountability. This was not a minor snag, it was a life-threatening oversight that should never have passed inspection.
I will never buy from Redrow again and would urge others to think twice. Safety should be the priority, not just profit.

GoogleWe’ve recently bought a house at Redrow’s Meadow Gardens site. The sales staff, Malcolm and Lucy have been nothing but professional and helpful! My partner and I have popped in a few times over the past few months, choosing extras etc and we’ve always been greeted with a positive experience.
Our search for a house took us to plenty of new build sites around the south coast and although the houses were of a good standard the quality at Redrow stood out and that’s why we went for it. I’ve been a builder for 17 years so have some idea of what I’m looking at!
We’re now just excited for completion!
