My partner and I are currently viewing several different properties from multiple different building companies in the local area and after chatting to Kirsty on multiple occasions over the last few months, I felt compelled to leave a positive review. We've asked a great number of questions as we want to make sure we're buying a home that is right for us and Kirsty has had an answer for everything. I feel confident that if we decide to move forward with RedRow in the coming months that the process will be superb and that's purely because of the high-quality level of service and support Kirsty has provided us with, thus far. Front of house staff who are incredibly knowledgeable really matter and as someone who has worked in a front facing customer role for many years, Kirsty is a credit to RedRow and one of the main reasons why we're seriously looking at buying our first property with the business. 5x ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Myself and my partner went to view Paddock Green where we met Kirsty. From start to finish her customer service was second to none. Her knowledge of the development and process of buying a Redrow property was extremely insightful and knowledgable. At Paddock Green, there are currently no show homes available however, Kirsty provided details of other developments for us to go and view the show homes. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to go back and visit Kirsty and the development with a view to purchasing our new home. Kirsty is one of the best sales associates we have come across. A true advocate for Redrow.
