Update : 2026 It has been close to a year since moving into.. Redrow has not disappointed, Vicky and felicity have both shown what it takes to pull through and deliver despite challenges faced. Lucky to have them as the customer care team! Update: 2025 After care isn’t the best and lack of communication .. hence the 3 star rating Update: 20/07 So we have decided to purchase at this development and the process was overall smooth and a comfortable one. Julie and Caron has been very supportive and most importantly kind to us. They answered all our silly questions and were patient when we were making several discussion. I can’t wait for the next chapter when we move it. ****** Very beautiful house - layout is good ! Redrow houses are amazing :) Jill is such a sweetheart, so kind, patient and helpful.. no pressure and very professional!

We moved to the Crown Hill View development in September 2024 and I have to say the whole team from start to finish have been very professional and very courteous - its been a real pleasure to deal with them. We are very happy and love our new home, the snagging have been dealt with promptly (and we didnt actually have many snagging issues). Aftercare is excellent too. Its the first time we've bought a new build property and we didnt know what to expect and the whole experience has been a very positive and I would say that's a big thank you to the fantastic team at the development: Julie, Caron, Rushane, Vicky, John and the construction guys who came along and dealt with snagging issues very promptly. Its a lovely development in Ashford and I love the design of the houses. From what I can see, everything has been well thought out and considered by the developer, overall a very happy and position experience.

I visited the site to ask about the new homes, but the experience was extremely unpleasant. The representative spoke to us in a rude and condescending tone, as if we were uneducated or didn’t belong there. She kept overexplaining simple terms and using a patronizing attitude that made us feel uncomfortable and judged. It also came across as racially biased as though she assumed we wouldn’t understand or couldn’t afford the homes based on how we looked. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a professional setting where people are simply trying to make an enquiry.

Haven't bought a house on this site because nothing was available to suit me at the right time but I have to say I found the sales staff always approachable even without an appointment and very helpful whenever I wanted to view or wanted answers to questions. Even when they were really busy which seemed to always be the case whenever I visited.

I wouldn't touch a redrow house to save mine or anyone's else's life, after working in the loft industry and laying the loft insulation in redrow houses I know what there like! Multiple problems of the loft …
