I can't speak highly enough of Andrews in Headington, and in particular Rebecca Copelin, who handled the sale of my property in Headington. The sale wasn't straightforward. Becca managed some very difficult periods very well, staying transparent and keeping communication honest when things could easily have turned tricky. Throughout the process she operated with great integrity, which I really value in an agent and think is a rare find. It would have been easy to paper over the difficulties, and that's really what built my confidence in her. I have nothing but praise for Andrews. From the moment we met the first estate agent they have been professional, responsive to all communication and extremely helpful and reassuring through the stressful process of selling our home and buying our next one. Ellie handled the sale of our property and was fantastic. She was extremely personable and knew our property inside and out so was able to do a brilliant job of showing people around. She was always quick to pick up the phone or answer emails and kept us up to date. On the rare occasions when she was not available James was also extremely helpful and professional and provided excellent cover. Jeannette then covered the period between a sale being agreed and the eventual exchange of contracts. She was great at liaising between all parties in the chain and the solicitors, keeping up the momentum and helping us to get a date for completion agreed. Do not recommend, me and my partner got robbed over the last 2 years living in one of their properties. Property was old with loads of wear and tear and it took them almost a whole month to get back to us on the deposit money just to let us know that just over 50% of it is going to fix up the property, convenient for them they emailed us 2 min before they close their offices so no matter what now we need to wait till Monday for them to reply to us. I heard it back then but didn’t want to believe what others had told me about it their experience with them but is safe to say that Andrew’s not a great estate agent and pry on people at the end of their tenancy to not give them the full deposit, if I could give negative stars I could.
