GoogleSelling our house was a long & frustrating journey, but Andrews Estate Agents were a significant force throughout, staying with us from beginning to end & helping us reach the outcome we were hoping for. Safie deserves a special mention. The best way I can describe his role is with a Star Trek metaphor. Marcus was the captain, calm, knowledgeable & at the helm, but Safie was the First Officer. The captain sets the course, while the First Officer quietly works in the background, keeping everything moving, smoothing things over, negotiating, bringing people together & making sure the ship reaches its destination. Safie gave his utmost, & more, filling that role with energy, commitment & genuine care. He genuinely cares about what he does & gave far more of himself than the job required. He became the bridge between everyone involved, & throughout the sale I always felt he was doing everything he could to move things forward. If I had one small observation, it would be around communication. Safie is someone who works in the here & now. You're more likely to get a phone call than a detailed email, & when an email arrived it was usually short & to the point. I actually came to appreciate that because, when he had something to say, he picked up the phone & said it. I would happily recommend Andrews Estate Agents to family & friends. They treated us well, remained committed throughout, & never lost sight of helping us get to completion. Thank you, Safie, for your dedication; Marcus, for your calm guidance; & the whole team for supporting us through what was, at times, a challenging journey. It was genuinely appreciated.🙏🏿

GoogleJennie has been really helpful throughout a fairly stressful situation with a leak and electrical issue at the property. She responded quickly, arranged contractors promptly, and kept us updated throughout. When things became more complicated, she handled everything professionally and made sure the issue was properly investigated rather than just patched. She has been approachable and easy to deal with, which has made a big difference, and we really appreciate her support while everything is being sorted.

GoogleIf you want to move house, this is definitely the agent you need. From the moment i put my house on sale the service was absolutely amazing! Phillip took us to view property's, always on time and made you feel at ease, no pressure. Dominique sorted some issues I had, so very relaxed and straightforward. Michelle however is the absolute top⭐ where do I begin.....from start to finish she has been my tower of support, reassuring, helping and explaining everything all the way through to the very end, she has literally bent over backwards and gone out of her way to help me through this process to the very end, to which I am forever grateful. GoogleI have viewed a number of properties with Abby. Naturally I’ve seen allot of houses with allot of agents. Some better than others who just go through the motions. Abby was memorable however! Very friendly, enthusiastic yet professional. Abby had all the information & good knowledge of the property. If she didn’t know the answer to a question, she’d find out for me. She always followed up on viewings & gave me some solid advice which I genuinely appreciate. Unfortunately I bought a property elsewhere. But this has lead to a positive view of Andrews & I’d certainly use them for selling a property. Thank you!
