We had a fantastic experience purchasing our home, and a huge part of that was thanks to Nancy. From the very beginning, she made us feel relaxed and supported throughout our first home purchase! Nancy was always knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. If she didn’t have the information immediately, she was incredibly proactive and always came back to us with the answers promptly. She kept us updated every step of the way and also worked hard to chase and keep the sale moving, which really helped us complete as quickly as possible. Her professionalism, dedication, and friendly approach made the whole experience so much easier, and we always felt at ease knowing she was looking after everything. I would like to share my experience with Andrews Orpington lettings. I vacated my rental with Andrews in March and have only just received back the majority of my deposit after an absolutely awful time at a property that was never fit for rental. Anybody considering renting with Andrews should be aware that in your hour of need, when water is pouring through the roof your call will not be answered, or returned. Do not trust Andrews to act in your best interests.

Owning a house was a dream my partner and i never thought would come true. Even when we started our journey we werent certain we would ever get here but our closing date is today on our dream forever home. Our advisor was Mike and he was ao friendly, helpful and patient with us the entire time.
