From the very beginning, the whole team made buying our first home feel as smooth and straightforward as possible. Everyone was friendly, approachable and always happy to help, making what can be a stressful process much easier to navigate. Alex was absolutely meticulous from start to finish. His communication was outstanding, always keeping us updated and making sure nothing was left unanswered. Unfortunately, our solicitors were incredibly difficult to deal with, but Alex never let that slow things down. He was persistent, proactive and professional throughout, constantly chasing things up and ensuring the purchase kept moving forward. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and it genuinely felt like he cared about getting us into our new home rather than just closing another sale. His organisation, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile were second to none. If anyone deserves a pay rise, it’s Alex. Sophia Antoniades was our Sales Consultant at Andrews and what can I say?… - she was absolutely PHENOMENAL! I do not use that word lightly and as someone who has very high standards, Sophia surpassed all my expectations. She was organised, engaged, enthusiastic and very switched on with all aspects of our sale. She was responsive to my emails and usually answered anything I sent the same day or at the very latest the next day. Her phone manner was always upbeat and positive and she instilled great confidence in me from the first day we met. As we all know, buying and selling a house is very stressful but Sophia kept my nerves calm and under control (I’m sure I was an absolute nightmare 🫣!). I honestly don’t know how I would have got through the whole process without her! Sophia is an absolute credit to the Sevenoaks branch and I can definitely see her going far. Alex was fantastic throughout with my purchase. He worked hard chasing up Solicitors etc to speed through exchange and was always a friendly voice on the end of the phone. I really can’t fault his service, but one suggestion would be that Andrews rethink their choice of recommended solicitor as much of the frustration and delay stemmed from this side.

Great service from Muhammad Arslan at Andrews Balham ✅ I had a frustrating start with another agent who didn’t reply or follow up. However when this property came back on the market, Muhammad Arslan took over and made all the difference. Selling my family home was not something I was doing through choice, but through necessity, so the process was especially emotional for me. From my first meeting with Antoine, I felt that Andrews was the right estate agent to guide me through it. As I live outside the country, much of the sale had to be managed from a distance. Antoine and Max were professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout. They kept me well informed at every stage, from the viewings and selection of the buyer through to the structural survey, price negotiations and completion. Their communication, patience and attention to detail made a difficult process feel much more manageable. I always felt that I was being advised fairly, treated with respect and kept in safe hands. My questions and additional requests were taken seriously, and the final outcome was both fair and successful.
