Fell in love with the "Elmstead" home built by Redrow at The Mulberries in Witham. Only a 3 bed home, but beautifully laid out, with a great family room. Ideally would like a 4th bedroom, and perhaps a more local job so to reduce travelling to Thurrock. The Elmstesd in known as the Cmbridge on other Redrow locations, so I guess we may keep looking

Location is amazing, close to A12 but not too close, close to station which has frequent trains, and walking distance to schools, shops and nurseries and the pub! Not to mention the entrance is stunning! Houses are spaced well apart and priced so much better than other new builds in the area especially as more is included as standard spec than others! Can’t believe how quickly they’ve all sold though! But there is 5 more years left of build to go though so we are aiming to get in there ASAP!

Any wondering how a site should be managed would struggle to find anywhere much better than here, it was an absolute delight. Kudos to the site management and hollie at Jark agency. Should I ever have spare time to work here again it would be a pleasure.
