Nice houses but concerns of more development taking away much needed space Also adding further to pressure on schools etc.

My partner and I went into Redrow to get some information about the houses. We explained to the lady that we are first time buyers and she effectively told us there is no point being here as we "cafford the quality of a Redrow". I now understand that these homes are out of our price range but I do not expect to be spoken to in such a disgraceful way. It is an exemplary example of how to provide dreadful customer service. We were simply told "there are only 4 bed homes available out of your budget". As I say, I understand that they are out of our budget (unaware of this before going in to the sales suite) but to be spoken to in such a way was unnecessary and really upset my partner. We visited 7 developers that day and every single one treated us with dignity and respect other than Redrow.

Fantastic houses, well built and good designs. Highly recommended if you are looking for new builds in the Priorslee Area !

Usual new build estate, people moved in while other areas are still being built, huge drops from kerbs as the road hasn't been finished, raised ironworks and miserable occupants.

A horrible estate, ironically calling itself a 'Garden Village'. It has crammed as many houses as possible in to the first phase, houses on top of each other, tiny/non-existent gardens and boring straight roads. Don't be fooled by the big green space at the front of the development - the plan is to cram that full of houses as well.
