GoogleCannot see how a house in one area is X amount. Same sort of house 7ml down the rd is about £40-45,000 cheaper.
Hi Dave, we regret to hear that you are displeased with our pricing structure. Prices do differ from location to location, I'm afraid. Please do let us know if you would like any information on our properties and we will hopefully be able to find you your dream home! Many thanks, Allison

GoogleSo far, so good: Phase 1 houses looking good, although most garages are not yet built so the spacing & layout looks more spacious now than it will be. Beautiful high-end specifications and finishes to these built houses - well worth a look if you are house hunting.
Hi Veronica, I'm pleased to read that you like our homes. We're proud to offer homes with larger spaces, taller floor to ceiling heights and greater kerb appeal. Did you find your dream home? Allison
