There are 3 excellent show homes which illustrate the range of properties for sale. The staff were very helpful in explaining the methods to buy available. It was also helpful to have a financial advisor present. We had a brief exploratory meeting with him and within 15 minutes he had obtained mortgage quotes. The terms of the contracts were explained clearly. One advisor took the trouble to go to the show home while we were inspecting and explain how the plot available differed from the show home. We were then taken on a walk round the estate so we could see the location of the plot we were interested in. We took an hour or so to reflect and changed our mind on the plot to purchase and the scheme we wanted to use. But nothing was too much trouble for the advisor and we are pleased to say we have reserved a plot which definitely meets all our requirements.

My husband and I visited their show room at Chantry Mews on Sunday 12th June and was particularly impressed with the room sizes and high ceilings. We felt so at home that, we wanted to buy both their 3 bed and 4 bed townhouses if we could afford it. Grace and Hannah were both fantastic, they showed us the plans and explain each property in detail and took us round to view the properties without putting any pressure to hurry up. The properties are well built with a great finish. We highly recommend Redrows to any potential property buyer.

Hello. Everything was aesthetically nice and clean. Quality of build looked good. Rooms were very small though, so not really a house for my family. In respect to the experience, I just didn't like the interaction and the person talking to me on the email should have identified themselves to me in person. I purchase things based on relationship. No issues in working with others, but the overall experience was very poor. We are not coming back. Please do not call me nor email me. Thank you. Side note to maybe do this different the next time: The fact I was outside of the window and the 3 of you were just staring at me and looked away most likely realising I was confused on how to get into the showroom, was a very odd moment. Take care.

I was reserving a new apartment and the support I received from Grace was superb. She explained everything very well, showing me all the options with great patience. It being some time since my last brand new purchase, I had forgotten how much ‘extra’ I would need to spend to get the home I want so cost was the only minus (but I do feel the apartment is well priced).
