Hi Nidal Hilal, thanks for the review

Hello Chris, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. Sorry if you feel a slight disappointment from your visit to our Churchlands development at the weekend. At the moment our Sales Offices are appointment only and we are only allowed 1 family in our show homes at any given time. Our Sales Consultants are dedicated to ensuring all of our customers are provided with high level of service, whether that be on a phone call or a visit in person. We are also operating telephone appointments and unfortunately some phone calls and visits can go on longer than scheduled, but the Sales team endeavor to try and welcome our visitors as soon as it is possible to safely do so. I hope you understand how the current guidelines can affect some appointments. I am pleased to hear that the experience with the properties was a positive one. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if there is anything we can help with. Thanks, Danielle
