Beautiful houses but the Rep we had didn't seem very interested. Great product shouldnt take away goof customer service

Wow - it’s significantly true, the Redrow experience is inspiring and educational when I visited Meadow Gardens. The Customer Care is outstanding; detailed, passionate and so professional. Clearly aligned with the quality of the build presented at the show homes. Added value, Lauren was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. First class.

“Parc Elisabeth truly blends the best of past and present.” But they had to cut down the beautiful trees decades old that separated the current housing from the new development to create it. Our privacy invaded and wildlife negatively affected. Many of us in the surrounding area are so very disappointed.

Visited to inquire and gain information on the property there and was met with exceedingly helpful service, they were friendly and had all the information and more to help me with inquiring about purchasing a property, expectations were exceeded and I left very happy with my visit and with all information and more that I required!

Came to view and putchase in full the Avon 2 bedroom town house as i want to down size from my 3 bedroom detached house. I was shocked to hear i cannot purchase the whole percentage if the house, as it is a shared ownership. I am very disappointed as really wanted to own thr Avon house for my future. If this can be possible would someone please contact me Thank you Paula Poynton

Exercise caution when reserving a home on this development. An ongoing issue with waste water and drainage on the site has meant much of the road and pavement is continuously dug out and poorly re-laid. Several residents have had issues with waste water. A complete lack of transparency from site team and Redrow management on the issue. If you do decide to reserve a home, I urge you to quantify the amount of remaining work required upon completion, both internal and external, 7 months later and we do not have a surfaced and completed driveway.
