GoogleWhy no solar panels or heat pumps fitted to these new builds! Behind the times
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do offer solar panels as an option for customers should they wish to add these to their home at Silverbrook Meadow. The heat pumps we are incorporating into our new homes will be on new developments next year. I hope this helps, Andrew

GoogleThe show homes are great going to Newport this week as house were interested in no show home of this stye unfortunately in stonehouse, sales lady was lovely helpful and very knowledgeable

GoogleDonβt buy. Donβt buy. Our issue is that our Hob Extractor hood has a draft, quite a substantial draft. To the point that we struggle to heat our kitchen. What is frustration due to the length of time this issue has been going on for and the subsequent cost of trying to keep warm. We reported we had ice, water and a draft coming through the Hob Extractor Hood to be told this is down to the Severe weather we were having in December and to report it again if it continues is an completely unacceptable answer and lack of empathy. Now to be told there is no βYour kitchen extractor hood does not have a backdraft shutter installed within its duct workβ Trying to get redrow to sort things out is mentally and physically exhausting! So donβt make the mistake of buying one please

GoogleBecause of the amazing reviews we have decided to give it a go and search for our new house with Redrow and we have not regretted it since!It was and still is an absolutely amazing experience which we wish to every home buyer. From the first moment we felt so welcomed and so taken care of by amazing Lesley and Carol, they were with us throughout the process ready to explain and help with everything we needed. They helped us to choose the house which will suit our family and budget the most and advised us when we were choosing our add onΒ΄s, tiles and all and suggested so many useful and practical things which we would have never even think about. Later due to some personal unforeseen circumstances, they worked even harder to make sure we will get our dream house as soon as possible for our little family. It meant a world to us and we couldn't be more thankful. The service and care they provide is EXCEPTIONAL and we will be forever grateful and thankful to them. Prior to the completion, we had also an amazing experience with Peter in Customer Services who was extremely knowledgeable and patient, helping us to search for things we might want to improve or change so everything is perfect, we were impressed. Also, Paul and Darren from site team worked beyond and above just to make sure that we can reach the completion and the final move in day. We could not recommend this amazing team enough! They are all very friendly, very keen and very caring. We did not feel like customers, we felt like part of the family and it made a huge difference. Thank you for such an amazing experience, thank you for everything!!!
