Not pleased with the services: - messaged to ask for build up area but didn’t receive any reply - promised to send brochures but have not received any All in all , as a genuine buyer, I am feeling ignored and let down by the services.

Went to visit the Redrow site over the weekend, the sales consultants were super helpful and very professional with answering questions I had about the development and specific plots. I am very much looking forward to visiting again soon and having another great experience.

We couldn't fault Hannah, she gave us a tour of the property that we were interested in and explained everything in detail, she followed up with a couple of emails when I raised further questions, all in all a pleasant experience. Me and my partner recently purchased house at redrow Nuneaton Heritage field , we are very thankful to the sale team helping us make deal happen , From selling our house to buying redrow house , big thank to Mr Sam & Mr Saj for all help and patience and guidance, and don't forget site Manager to the high standard of house quality, it make feel I am entering 5 star hotel . Buying with redrow has been great. Saj and Sam have been fantastic. Both at the end of the phone when we’ve had any questions, they’ve kept us updated throughout the whole process. Calvin the site manager has helped with any questions we’ve had about the house. The hard hat visit, home preview to moving in has been well organised and allowed us to feel apart of the build throughout our journey from reserving to moving in. Definitely recommend speaking to Saj or Sam if you’re looking to buy with redrow!

Redrow Heritage Fields, Nuneaton. It has been nearly 18 months since we moved into our new home and I can still remember how Sam and Saj (Sales office) have tried hard to finish the completion within the timescale we have requested. Even till today whenever we have any repairs, they will immediately sort out for us. I can surely say they are very professional, friendly and great customer services. Keep up the good work guys!
