I did give the company a great review but after two years I wish I never bought a Redrow home, As after 1 year the customer service goes down hill and the same as the condition of your property. (NOT HAPPY)

Superb customer service from Sam and Saj throughout the whole purchasing process from presales to aftersales. Also thanks for the informative explanation of the entire house from Dave. Happy and satisfied after meeting up with them every time. Highly recommended Heritage Fields.

We moved in on 27th January 2023 after a difficult chain (for clarity, no fault of Redrow). The site team, led by Sam and Saj were excellent throughout and held our chain together. The house itself is very nicely built, on a nicely designed site with lots of green space. There have been a few minor snags, all dealt with quickly and efficiently by the site team. Overall we are very happy with he house and the surroundings.

We moved into our new home on 21/10/22 and while the house itself was great with little flaws the service has been terrible. We was told Broadband would be accessible from the moment we walked into the door but a month down the line and nothing... Every time I speak to Redrow they pass the blame to BT and vice versa. No communication with its tenants at all.

Inconsiderate housing development company. A major diversion is going to be enforced while they do access route to their site. The diversion is 7 miles long and will create mayhem for the local residents. Remember if you buy there is an immigration centre also on your doorstep namely The Daresbury Hotel.

Show homes are another class compared to other builders. Love the Leamington Lifestyle with huge en-suite to master and a proper walk-in wardrobe. Build quality looks to be a high standard as expected with Redrow but it’s the attention to detail that really stands out, real curb appeal. My wife and I had a great experience in the sales office with the friendly and knowledgeable staff who never made us feel like we were just another number on their sales targets….. unlike some other builders we won’t mention! Special mention to Melissa for her professionalism, who put up with all my questions and pickiness and made the whole process a lot less stressful for us.
