GoogleThe worst sales experience of our lives! We were excited to go to see the houses for a second time as we were now in a proceedable position. Churchlands was our first choice but unfortunately the sales consultant was so rude from the moment we arrived. We felt unwelcome and after a very brief conversion had to leave. She made no effort to make us feel welcome nor did she try and mention any incentives of which after looking online I know there is a LTT contribution on one of the Henley’s we were looking at. She didn’t ask if we’d like to see any plots or show us what was available. She spoke down to us and was very aggressive and unwelcoming in the way she presented herself. We went across the road to Bellway who were very welcoming professional and took the time to ask our requirements and show us around multiple plots. We’ve found a plot we like and there’s a good chance we’ll move forward with it. We had no intention on looking at Bellway but we were left with no choice after this visit. I’d strongly advise Redrow to remove this lady from anything customer faced if they want to make any sales.
Hi Ben Wells, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are disappointed that you feel this way. I have discussed your visit with our sales team in relation to incentives being offered on our website. These incentives are not available on all plots. I also understand that timescales and the certainty on our build completion dates were an area of concern to you. I am happy to speak directly with you if you reach out to our sales team. Regards Andrew

He went above and beyond by taking pictures and thoroughly explaining even the smallest details of the standard specifications. Overall, it was a very pleasant and satisfying experience at Hendricks Green.

GoogleMoved into Redrow Romansfield, Devon. Aftercare was appalling. Snag list included no insulation in roof! Two years on still waiting for accepted defects to be repaired after, worst builder ever.
Hi Nicolas, we're sorry to hear you feel this way. We understand this matter is being dealt with by the Head of Customer Services for the South West division and they will be in touch with you in due course to discuss your concerns. Many thanks, Charlotte
