GoogleHaven't bought a house on this site because nothing was available to suit me at the right time but I have to say I found the sales staff always approachable even without an appointment and very helpful whenever I wanted to view or wanted answers to questions. Even when they were really busy which seemed to always be the case whenever I visited.

GoogleWe moved to the Crown Hill View development in September 2024 and I have to say the whole team from start to finish have been very professional and very courteous - its been a real pleasure to deal with them. We are very happy and love our new home, the snagging have been dealt with promptly (and we didnt actually have many snagging issues). Aftercare is excellent too. Its the first time we've bought a new build property and we didnt know what to expect and the whole experience has been a very positive and I would say that's a big thank you to the fantastic team at the development: Julie, Caron, Rushane, Vicky, John and the construction guys who came along and dealt with snagging issues very promptly. Its a lovely development in Ashford and I love the design of the houses. From what I can see, everything has been well thought out and considered by the developer, overall a very happy and position experience.
