GoogleHelpful staff and nice homes. Sadly the house we liked wasn't in a great position- near a very busy road. Another we liked sold was reserved just before we arrived. Would recommend Redrow though, helpful and good value.

GoogleKatie was a great guide on our site visit. She was knowledgable and keen to answer all of my questions. She encouraged me to take photos of different plots and we discussed their pros and cons. Katie is a great ambassador for Redrow. Karen

GoogleWhen purchasing the property I constantly asked the sales team what was opposite my plot since I was unable to view in person and they said nothing just green, when I was able to view the plot (after completion) right opposite was a water treatment plant which is a eye soar and humming noise constantly.
The houses are not greatly built, the grass they lay is terrible.
The house was full of snags and since I did complain rightly so, the lady in charge eventually stopped dealing with me since I complained so much. Redrow gave me keys whilst there was still cigerette packs and redbull cans behind the kitchen cupboard.
The estate is huge and overcrowded, itβs not the friendliest of estates.
Itβs in Ellesmere Port which isnβt a nice area, they call it Ledsham to make it sound βposh.β
The support from Redrow has been the worst service provided I can ever think of, buying a house should be a happy moment but Redrow made it a nightmare.

Googleif anyone is thinking of buying a house on the ledsham estate dont bother, what ever facilities they tell you they are offering it is all lies there is not going to be any shops, school, pub or medical ctr they are just putting extra pressure on the local amenities in little sutton, its a horrible place to live there are thousands of houses being built and the road structures are gridlocked... i would not buy a house there.. the area is becoming a dumping ground

GoogleHouses were not as the floorplans suggested. No sinks in utility rooms, and large windows are bricked instead of glass.
Houses don't include anything: white goods etc
Worked out house needed almost Β£60K in extras.
