Beautiful homes, however shocked to learn that hardly anything in the house comes as standard. For this price point I’d expect at least the white goods and a lawn are included in my new home.

Victoria · 26 September 2024 · Redrow Royston

Agent replied · 23 October 2024

Hi Victoria, I’m glad you like our homes. But sorry to hear that you’re disappointed that they don’t come with turf. We do leave them ready to turf, or hard landscape, whichever a customer wishes to do. They do come with integrated fridge freezer, double oven and hob. Many thanks, Elizabeth

My partner and I recently visited Redrow to enquire about one of their homes, and we had an amazing experience, thanks to Tony. Out of all the developers we visited, about 10 houses across 4 companies, Tony was by far the best! He took the time to explain everything in detail and made the entire process enjoyable. His passion for the homes and professionalism stood out to us...plus he was funny too! Although we ended up choosing a different location, the quality of Redrow homes left a lasting impression. From the high ceilings and doors to the beautiful skirting boards and small touches like the reed diffusers, the attention to detail was incredible. We loved looking around the homes, and Redrow will definitely be on our minds for the future. Hopefully, we’ll get the chance to own one someday. Thanks again Tony we really appreciate it!

We went to look at a couple of different types of property and were very pleased with the homes we saw. The Letchworth was very nice indeed and a lovely specification. The sales lady was very professional and knowledgeable regarding all of the available homes and the development. .

New estate, great location next yo motorway and midway between Warrington and Halton. Houses are a little bit bigger than the average new built these days. Hope they do not build 2 many houses and make it cluttered .

Brilliant customer service from Marilyn today and previously whilst reserving our plot and helping with anything we needed along the way, along with her colleagues Lucille and Sarah Jane who also have helped make the process easy and stress free and been very accommodating!

Marilyn was really helpful on the two occasions we visited the site. We love the development and the house types available for our budget. We were particularly interested in an Oxford or a Marlow. However, although I appreciate that perhaps it’s not necessary because of the popularity of the site, it’s a shame Redrow are not offering initiatives such as Part Exchange or Own New Rate Reducer on this development. If Part Ex was available then we would have definitely looked to reserve a property this past weekend.

Jessica · 3 September 2024 · Redrow Berkeley

Agent replied · 22 October 2024

Hi Jessica, thank you for your lovely comments about Marilyn. I am so pleased to read that you liked our beautiful development at Berkeley Dene. We do offer part exchange, but only on certain plots depending when they are due for completion. Please get in touch if you have any further questions, or if you would like to discuss joining our Help to Sell scheme that we offer. Best wishes, Ryan

I’m writing on behalf of Carole and Simon who visited a couple of weeks ago. Carole said that Marilyn couldn’t be more helpful and was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions asked and gave very good advice. It was a pleasure to deal with her and she is a credit to Redrow.

Joyce · 3 September 2024 · Redrow Berkeley

Agent replied · 24 August 2024

Hi Joyce, thank you so much for sharing Carole and Simon's experience with Marilyn over at Berkeley Dene! We're thrilled to hear that Marilyn was able to provide such excellent service. I'll be sure to pass on the kinds words to Marilyn and her line manager! Many thanks, Ryan.

Recently had a site visit to see our new house after 'first fix'. Mark showed us around and gave us so much information and help in understanding how the house infrastructure and its cabling and plumbing were installed. We also had a chance to confirm that all our relevant choices had been started or catered for. A really useful and enjoyable visit - Thank You.
