Went into Redrow as interested in one of there houses and the lady in the sales office not very helpful at all in fact she couldn't wait to get us out, we were struggling with a app they had and I felt like we were putting her out, we couldn't get a brochure due to covid apparently!! so we left, we called in at Miller Homes up from them picked up a brochure there!!! they were really helpful gave prices an pics of houses within a week we put a deposit down on a 4 bed house and moving in in dec, so just goes to show have the wrong person in sales u lose, Ami at Miller Homes is helpful and professional.
