GoogleI felt very safe as there were a lot of measures to make it covid compliant. The houses were beautifully presented and very appealing.

GoogleNot for me or my family. Felt like a price tag was put upon me when i walked through the door. Not very informative of other styles of houses that may be suitable or meet some of our needs like a back door, i assumed this came as standard but apparantly optional extra!

Hi Sarah, I'm sorry to read that your recent experience with us has left you feeling this way. If there is anything we can do to allow you to re consider our development at De Clare Gardens do not hesitate to make an appointment to re-speak with our team on site. Many thanks for your feedback, the Redrow South Wales team

GoogleWe loved it. All the houses were extremely nice and spacious, and well thought out. The area has lovely views (a bit hard to find on satnav as takes wrong way to narrow lane). The redrow repressive was really informed, helpful and friendly. She was professional and followed the Covid rules very well.

Hi Vorrag, I'm pleased to read that you like our homes. We're proud to offer homes with larger spaces, taller floor to ceiling heights and greater kerb appeal. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if there is anything we can help with. Thanks, Danielle

GoogleWe have visited site twice the first time the lady was lovely and helpful, second time the person was very rude not flexible my phone had gone dead and I wasn't able to check in which I respect the covid rules but as I had been before and was looking to buy a house I thought she could of easily wrote my details down like other places do. It has now put me off buying one here and will not be returning. The houses are beautiful but the process described for you to buy one when you already have a home is very complicated and when going on the website way more options than we were giving on our first visit so something to work on.

GoogleVery well set up and safe re-coronavirus. Informative and courteous staff. Show room was similar in size to the property we were interested in and very well set up. Unfortunately this was the first ever time looking at a New Build and we weren’t aware the properties wouldn’t be available to move into for up to 9 months which was too far away for our needs. Overall a nice development.
