Typical of new homes these days...small properties for big budgets. Only the basic bathroom tiling and kitchen units are included in the price...flooring, garden turf and slabs, and upgrade kitchens are all all extra. Bear that in mind when you are considering your budget. It would be useful if the website provided details of which homes are available. Due to the stamp duty holiday, most the properties for phase 1 have sold apart from a few in less desirable locations such as opposite the apartment blocks. Some of the properties have odd designs...the driveway being to the back of the property rather than close to the front door...there might be a door to the laundry room but it's not of an ideal layout. Basically, squeeze them in however possible! When we arrived for our appointment to view the show homes, the sales agent wasn't even expecting us even though I had received an email confirmation for the booking. He wasn't welcoming to start with but was apologetic afterwards informing us he was caught unawares, even though our appointment was at 1430. We couldn't view the show homes we wanted to view as they were being decorated so we have had to rebook to view them. Houses for phase 2 won't be available until May 2022 so a long way to go yet for those looking to move imminently.
