Was made to feel unwelcomed despite the pre booked appointment. The man at the office acted like we were an inconvenience & was not in the least bit helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had lots of questions and never brought from plan before but no question was too much trouble. Very accommodating and would definitely reccomend.

We visited Redrow, Abbey walk Priorslee, to view the show homes, we are looking for a 3 bed detached and we really liked the Oxford lifestyle, we appreciate that the ones you have remaining are reserved by early bird customers but saddened that you are not building any of this style on the next phase.

The houses are so beautiful. The service we received from staff Carol was great. She explained everything to us in detail and she listened as well. Keep it up Carol.

Social distancing and hygiene stations visible and made you feel safe. Homes are wonderfully presented. Although we initially only requested a viewing of the Henley and Sunningdale with a view to purchase in Liverpool, the easy of travel to Liverpool has certainly given us food for thought.

Diane Β· 20 June 2021 Β· Redrow Ellesmere Port

Agent replied Β· 19 June 2024

Thank you for your review Diane. It is good to read that our covid measures are of comfort to you. Thank you also for your kind comments about our show home presentation. The near by train stations do make travelling to Liverpool a lot easier. We wish you the best in your search for a new home. Please do get in touch if we can help any further. Thank you again, Gareth

We were welcomed by Helen who made sure we were all suitably protected. The properties we viewed were up to the usual very high Redrow standard and Helen took time to explain pricing, location and all relevant information. Altogether a thoroughly professional and informative visit.

Kelly was very helpful and has kept us updated on the process and progress of the plot we are interested in. Kelly and her manager have gone out of their way to make the whole process less stressful and we are very excited to secure our dream home. The development is lovely, the show homes are beautiful and we can’t wait to live there!

We were greeted by Greg in the show home . He was extremely pleasant and answered everything we asked him in great detail. Nothing was to much trouble for him and he’s a valuable asset to Redrow . I was very impressed with the site and I will honestly say that the Redrow houses are the best new build houses we’ve seen on the market. A bigger and nicer house for less money. Regards Gary
