GoogleRedrow-Plas Ty Draw, Lisvane is second to none in terms of quality and standard. The aesthetic nature of the area appeals to me the first day I saw the area. I decided to stop by and take a look and met Emma Batchelor. She is so warm, polite and understands everything about the properties of Redrow. My family have booked an appointment to view Ludlow and Warwick a week ago. Emma made our visit a remarkable and memorable one, and we have not yet recovered from the welcoming, explanation, advice and processes of getting one of the luxuries apartments of Redrow at Lisvane. We are definitely moving into one of those exotic houses and we will recommend to our friends accordingly. We think Emma is an excellent sales agent and needs to be rewarded/promoted by Redrow. GoogleOur second Visit to the site, we are purchasing a Stratford home from Redrow & wanted to get some interior design ideas from the show homes. The show homes are beautifully presented, everything is done to safety standards and Emma (staff on site) is fantastic at going through all the details you need as part of a home purchase. Recommend highly anyone looking to purchase a new build property in the Cardiff area.

GooglePushy sales people. Moved in and the freezer door wouldn’t shut. A month later and still not fixed so leaking everywhere. Front door lock broken from day we moved in and still not fixed. Metal pole sticking out the ground in garden which looks like the foundations coming through. No lawn and not rotervated despite explaining in sales process that we really need outside space for kids. Especially with a national lockdown. They just ignore your emails and calls. I would NEVER recommend buying with Redrow. Awful company.
