GoogleRedrow didn't give much thought to where people where going to be Parking. Hawkins Road isn't a road but rather a car park. Why don't they reduce the width of the pavement to one side where the care home is on and then creat parking spaces on one side with double yellow lines on the otherside. This way possibly cars can drive in both directions safely. Also one with another entrance & exit nearly there, to the estate is really not ideal, are there plans for improvement.

GoogleAnother opportunity missed to showcase great design and build. Lacking in renewable resources technology and forward thinking design. Rediculously boring lacking in forward thinking, over cramped layout and lacking in a multitude of build media. So ordinarily beige and boring as we have come to expect from British building construction industry. #epicfail!

GoogleThis is a well thought out housing development, the unique design of the individual house types compliment each other and contribute to a happy familiarity. The staff in the sales office were friendly and knowledgeable. The show houses were faultless. Can't wait until we get ours. UPDATE: sadly the sales staff failed to inform me and my partner we would be 11th in line for the plots we discussed with them and confirmed we wanted, we are both very disappointed. Shows they are sought after homes but we will now go and spend +450k with another developer with a reasonable timeline.

GoogleStaff not really that interested we popped in on the off chance that we could look round, no one took any details from us. We discussed budget only to be told if we could push that up we could get the largest house available just to have a small study! No thanks, we'll go somewhere we are listened to!
