Hi Matt, I'm sorry to read that your recent experience with us has left you feeling this way. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and I have looked into this further with the team to get a better understanding of what has happened here. We were aware that our plumbers had visited you to complete some remedial works but had not been advised that there was follow on works that were needed. We are sorry that this has been overlooked and will happily arrange for the necessary repairs to be carried out. I am advised that the plumbers will be visiting you again tomorrow to complete their final pieces of work. We will then arrange for any follow up remedials to be carried out and a member of the team will be in touch with you tomorrow to confirm a convenient date and time for us to attend.
