GoogleFantastic service from Tara My partner and I were recently looking for places to rent in High Barnet. Tara met us at the property, was so lovely and professional at all times. We found another property we preferred with another agents, but Andrews in general were easy to deal with.

GoogleWe had the the most complicated short let to organize in short period of time. Staff were patient and helped us all the way, Sheetal spent a whole day sorting forms out for us, I was there the whole time while she worked. We now have somewhere to live! Many thanks to all at Andrews

GoogleThis agency is a joke! I was booked as a first one to see the flat after current tenant allowed viewings. After week of waiting, on the day of viewing i got a phone call that this property is being rented to someone else. Gave them a call trying to find out how is this possible when i was told to be the first one to see the flat. Their response was pretty much like "sorry mate, it is what it is".

GoogleThe documents they used were buggy. And then once you did sign up with them they refused to do anything and just refer you to the landlord which negates the whole point of a letting agents. Swapped our handler without saying. Hung up on my housemate. Generally rude and obtuse.

Googleshocking experience, terrible property managers, hard to get in contact with and general lack of communication from their end and with each other. definitely wouldn't use them again.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking service from move in to move out. Terrible internal communications leading to unnecessary demand letters being sent when arrangement already agreed with college. Also still waiting for a 6 week deposit of around £1200 and we moved out 7 weeks ago. Haven't been called back for 11 days in arow and efevery time I call in I get told the right person isnt in. No responce to several emails current wait time is 2 weeks

GoogleVery impressed with the service from the letting team. As a landlord who cannot always personally deal with issues within the property, it is vital that Andrews are able to handle matters. Some potentially difficult situations have been dealt with efficiently and communication between myself and the agents has been excellent.

GoogleVery friendly accommodating (excuse the pun) staff. They were very helpful and worked well on our behalf to ensure our needs were met and that we met the Landlord when we got the keys. Have kept in touch since to see how we are doing. Recommended.

GoogleLorraine, Ashley and the team worked tirelessly to complete a tricky sale and purchase, with a large chain, in a tight timescale. Nothing was too much trouble with fantastic communication at all times. Lorraine actively managed the entire chain to keep the momentum up to achieve a smooth sale and purchase.
