Visited here 3 times already and each time we are greeted with excellent customer service from the team especially Sam Butt. Always so welcoming and polite when we ask to view a property we’re interested in. Not successfully purchased a Redrow Property yet, but currently in the process of potentially going through the help to sell scheme with them. Fingers Crossed 🀞 thank you Sam for all your help!

A special thanks to Linda Beesley for conducting our home preview. Took into consideration that it’s our first home, showed understanding and adapted the meeting accordingly. We found her to be not only extremely polite and helpful, but also demonstrated excellent levels of customer service, patience and understanding. Very poorly built homes. In relation to both the quality of materials and standard of workmanship. After you’ve bought they are awful at addressing issues and have very very low standards. Would not recommend anyone buys on this estate. Edit: Claire - as you well know I have been raising the issues with Redrow for years, and you have failed to fix things. Hence me having to go to NHBC. So leaving the email address and asking me to contact you seems to serve no purpose.

Dreadful estate M6 running through it stay away Redrow have conned us all we were told the road would just run to the houses it is now the busiest Rd in Burscough wagons flying down at all hours at ridiculous speeds Redrow will nt even help with traffic calming STAY AWAY

Went to visit the Redrow site over the weekend, the sales consultants were super helpful and very professional with answering questions I had about the development and specific plots. I am very much looking forward to visiting again soon and having another great experience.

What a lovely site! Having worked in construction for many years, I know good quality when I see it. The customer service received from Allison was incredible! So welcoming and warm, but also factual and succinct, exactly what you want when enquiring about making such a large sentimental commitment! An initial 5-minute general inquiry call with her turned into a visit on their next available appointment. We'll be contacting the recommended broker tomorrow and will be back! Thanks again Allison.
