This is the first time I've ever had to use an estate agent, it will be the last, I have never come across so much incompetency in my life, useless and total lack of communication between their own staff, they were not interested, many times I spoke to Alexandra and Cameron, it's like they have no ears, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.......THEY'RE USELESS The STAR I've given is too much, DO NOT USE ANDREWS AT WESTBURY ON TRYM, BRISTOL

I would highly recommend Andrews Estate Agents. From the initial viewing through to the completion of the sale, I always found them very helpful and efficient. Following up with myself and the solicitor helped to ensure the chain kept to the deadlines needed. If I ever need to use an Estate Agents again in the future, then Andrews would be my first point of call.

The Best agents in town, professional, friendly, good local knowledge! Andrews kept us up to date after viewings and gave feed back good or bad, we both feel that we were provided with a great service that deserved this review. They did not BS us at any time, and we did not mind paying the commission as we truly believe that they earned it. Very well done to all in the office, but particular thanks to Jim & Lorraine. Awful customer service, absent tenant support when needed and extremely late deposit (2 months after i have left the property i have still not seen my deposit back despite promise it would be returned) I have now moved to a property managed by a seperate Andrews branch that seem to be much better. Just avoid the Whiteladies branch at all costs. You will regret ever let them take your money. 1/10 would not recommend.

Christopher Carstairs, property manager, stands out as attentive, intelligent and polite, with lots of common sense. He also always gets back to you, an unusual quality these days! Unfortunately I have found some of the other staff can come across as superior, remote and unhelpful on occasion. But as I nearly always deal with Christopher, I am very happy with the service I get managing my flat.

I own a flat in Bristol which I rent. Very professional service from my agent (Nasreen). Quick response to my inquiries and I receive support when I needed it with regards cleaning or maintenance of the flat. Also very proactive in finding new tenants, which result in high % occupation rate of my flat.

We have investment property in various towns in UK and in May 2014 we purchased an apartment in the centre of Bristol. Although we could have purchased direct (i.e. show office sale), as we use Andrews in Oxford for other property we own; we contacted Andrews Clifton and asked them to handle both the viewing and purchase as well as (so long as we came to a suitable agreement) the onward letting and management of the investment Property. Now in December 2015, my wife and I can honestly say without any reservation, that our choice of agency and in particular the Clifton staff we have had representing us since the start, have been a fantastic asset for us, and a massive help towards the way we like our property investments to run! And to be clear, we mean smoothly, professionally and most important perhaps cost- effectively. Christopher Carstairs has in particular, always been prompt and effective in managing our tenants' interests as well as our investment; and in dealing with all those small but important (and inevitable)tenant or site problems that came our way. He has I feel always tried to avoid passing any disturbance on to us- which we really appreciate. Bristol is a growing and busy city and there are choices of Agents that promise a lot....but we can highly recommend Andrews Clifton (and indeed other Andrews offices we have used) is one Bristol agency that although appears rather traditional even modest in its profile..... but these guys deliver on their services better than most. As a new landlord and new to the Bristol area, I found the Lettings Team very helpful in offering guidance, advice and putting me in touch with contractors in the area to help get the property ready to Let. To my surprise, they managed to let my property within 48 hours of owning it which was fantastic as I was expecting it to be empty for a few weeks. They were very clear about requests from the tenant before they moved in and gave me enough time to sort them out. Many thanks

From the landlord's perspective, I have been very pleased with the service Andrews have provided. I have used them for about 7 years. They are quick and efficient in marketing, and in selecting and arranging tenancies. They manage the tenancy well, requiring very little involvement from my side. When repairs and replacements are necessary, Andrews arranges them professionally and efficiently, yet they are careful about keeping costs under control. Andrews also provide timely and transparent information on costs incurred. Andrews are also are responsive to requests and instructions from my side. In all my dealings with Andrews, their staff have unfailingly been helpful, efficient and cheerful.

The Andrews Estate agents were very friendly and helpful.The house was presented very well in the literature. All viewing and queries were dealt with efficiently and any telephone calls were relevant and courtious.They suceeded in selling the house within a week of it going on the market and for several thousand pounds more than i was expecting.

They made selling from abroad easy and stress free!

We want to send a huge thanks to the team of Andrews Estate Agents, Longwell Green, Bristol!! We were so impressed with the customer service, professionalism and knowledge provided to us before, during and after our house sale last year. Having used this team before, we didn't hesitate to go back to them again. This time, it was prior to us emigrating. We had decided to rent our house initially but our goal was to sell when the time was right for us. Last summer, with only a few, short international phone calls made (most of our communication was online and via email), Ian and his team managed to navigate the minefield of us being in a different country and having a tenant in our Bristol home. They negotiated viewings with the tenant and made it an easy, stress free process for us all. Thank you Ian and your fantastic team!! :-)
