Marcelle is a brilliant Agent, I was selling & purchasing a property which is a little bit harder to do, the property I was purchasing had a set time scale to be completed & the developer I was purchasing from was very pushy & at times very challenging. Marcelle was put under so much pressure to get this turned around & completed within a short time & she did it with no fuss she was so professional, smart & was very honest to me as a client which I think is very important, she would always return my calls & give me feedback when needed. I have rented a property through Winkworh in Blackheath as a tenant for the last 2 years. From the moment I expressed an interest in the property to when the time came to terminate the lease I have always found the staff extremely helpful. They have always maintained a very high customer service, have always been polite, friendly and very approachable and were always very quick to address any problems that I reported on the property.
