I had a very disappointing experience viewing a property with Winkworth. The agent, Kevin, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. He seemed uninterested in showing us the property and made very little effort to answer our questions or provide any useful information. What was most upsetting was the way he spoke down to me in front of my children. It was disrespectful, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. As a potential buyer, I expected to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, but instead I felt unwelcome and dismissed. Based on this experience, Kevin came across as someone who doesn't enjoy his job or value potential customers. I hope Winkworth takes this feedback seriously and ensures their staff treat all clients with the respect they deserve.
