We recently bought our home through Winkworth and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kirsty was our main point of contact from initial house viewing through until completion and she was brilliant from start to finish. Always on top of things, quick to respond and really great at keeping us in the loop so we never felt left in the dark. The wider team were fantastic too and it was clear everyone was pulling in the same direction to keep the process moving. What really stood out for us was how little stress there was. We are really happy with our decision to use Winkworth. They were more expensive than others, however, we were confident that they would be able to sell the flat at a good price and in good time. Once the flat was sold the service was very good. Letting Department From Paul Barker For many years I have been renting my property out with Katie and Sarah at Winkworths in Worcester Park. I was with Barnard Marcus before but when Katie moved I took my business and put it at her new company. I have always found them polite professional and always prepared to go the extra mile to make sure that both the landlord and tenants are clear on all aspects of letting. I cannot recommend Katie and Sarah highly enough and would recommend anyone unsure about the prospect of letting to talk to them as they soon will discover that their easy manner and approach will shed light on a clear route and options to take. In my professional life I deal with estate agents all the time all over the country and it is rare to find one never mind two people of this calibre in the same office.
