I have just completed a 12 month tenancy with Winkworth and i'm happy to share my excellent experience with Winkworth. Our agent Tamsin was brilliant and extremely organised with quick replies and consistently arranging for issues to be remediated quickly, sometimes even the next day. When we left the property the check out process was professional and we got our deposit back really quickly. I'd like to say a huge thank you to Tamsin and the team at Winkworth for a great year. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Newbury if you want an honest, trustworthy and dilligent agent.

We had such a pleasant and speedy experience with Winkworth Newbury (thank you Jack)! Our property was on the market within 2 days of initially speaking with Winkworth and an offer accepted within 2 weeks of being on the market! Jack was great at responding and providing an update at least weekly, usually we had multiple updates during the week! He was also fab at chasing and communicating with lawyers and the development we were purchasing from - it all helped all parties maintain confidence and it sped up the sale / purchase process! We recently completed on a property which was being marketed by Winkworth Newbury and lead by Jack. Jack was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process, and didn’t falter once. The transaction was filled with hiccups and frustration, but Jack was always available and we truly believe that without him, the whole thing would have fallen apart. Jack is a credit to the profession and we couldn’t thank him enough. He has left a lasting impression that means we would very much look to use Winkworth for any future property sales. Also a thank you to Mollie who helped cover for Jack whilst he was briefly away. After a split selling a house is another stressful matter to deal with, but with Mollie, Sam and the team at Winkworth's have made the experience as stress free as possible. When they got the green light they moved things along in a very quick and streamlined fashion, they always knew what the next step should be, which is why I think the house was sold very quickly. I spoke to a few estate agents in the area before going with Winkworth's. One agency I spoke to left me feeling I was being lied to and taken for a ride, also they wanted to charge a lot more commission, when Winkworth's were far more reasonable and honest with me about their plans and expectations. Mollie, Sam and the team have always been easy to contact and got back to me in a timely fashion. I couldn't be happier with my decision to sell with Winkworth's. Winkworth Newbury and Mollie especially have been nothing short of outstanding from her valuing our property all of the way to our completion. Nothing was ever too much for Mollie. She's had so much patience and been so polite yet straight forward with us which is what I like. She totally took the stress and hassle away from us on many occasions which as a young family with a baby and a dog was exactly what we needed. We never needed to chase her for anything and we also got put in touch with the best solicitor - she was all over it from start to finish - keeping us updated every step of the way. Not sure why anyone would ever use a different local estate agent to Winkworth Newbury and Mollie and team because they and Mollie were far and above all of the other estate agents in our chain when it came to everything.
