GoogleWinkworth have been wonderful with managing my property whilst it was being rented. Tamsin does a truly great job, you are always informed. I have recently sold a property and Sam was excellent at keeping in touch about what was happening. I really appreciated all of the communication and guidance. Ian has been great at answering big questions and what to do and when. If you want to rent, buy or anything to do with real estate Winkworth will take great care of you!

GoogleAfter recently becoming the landlady of a family property I turned to the Winkworth’s team. They were brilliant, from initial instruction to continuing guidance, reference checking and contract set-up. Communications were always clear and timely. I could not recommend them highly enough. A very satisfied customer 11/10 Update, at the end of the two year we used Winkworth to manage exit from inc. issue of Section 21, checkout & return of deposit. Tasmin at Winkworth went the extra mile to manage expectations of both parties and maintained clear, courteous communications throughout. I can't recommend her highly enough

GoogleWe have just completed the sale of our Mother's house with Winkworth Newbury Estate Agents. We have been very impressed with Ian and his team, particularly Sam Hewitt. As we don't live in the area, it was important to be kept updated and well informed throughout the process. Ian and Sam were extremely good with helping our Mum too, especially with the viewings. GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of working with Winkworth re the sale of our property although, due to unforeseen circumstances, we ultimately did not proceed with the sale. At times it was very stressful but Mollie our agent was the ultimate professional, giving us sound advice and support throughout and her bubbly personality was a joy. GoogleIan and Sandra were great throughout our house purchase. Our house needed extensive renovation and they let us visit before exchange and completion several times with various trades so we could get quotes and then get work booked in ahead of completion. They kept in touch through all the stages of purchase which was reassuring as everything took a bit longer during COVID. Would definitely use Winkworths again and recommend to friends and family.

It was the first time we have moved in twenty years and they did absolutely everything they could to try and make the process as un-stressful as possible - not easy these days I haver to say! Ian was a pleasure to deal with, got a good price for our outgoing home and helped keep me this side of sane. Then Rob worked really, really hard to make sure it all happen. He really did go above and beyond and was pretty much acting as the agent for other people in the chain to make sure we were okay. In summary great personal service and very reasonable fees!

Property details were prepared rapidly, and marketing was almost immediate. Communication was excellent, Ian Haines and Rob Marson especially to be commended. We were kept fully informed and advised throughout, especially around offers, and the support continued right through to successful exchange and completion. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Winkworths (Newbury) to anyone considering selling a property in the area.
