GoogleResponsive, helpful, will actually listen to what you say, staff are kind and show empathy! I know these are things that should be expected, but unfortunately they have also been rare in my experience. You can find it all here though. Would definitely try and use them again for my next property if possible.

GoogleVery poor practices and customer service. I will not use them for any sales as they do not consider all interested parties and therfore do not get the best offer for the seller. Avoid if you can.

He was helpful and professional throughout the selling process and was always available for help, advice and support. He was easily contactable and if he didn’t have the answer to our question got back to us in a timely manner. We would happily deal with Sam - and Winkworths- again.
